Do you want to build a leading global Data and Analytics team? 

The Performance data and analytics lead will build and lead the team, which is a subteam of Performance in the Promotion tribe. The performance data and analytics lead will build and lead the team, which is a subset of the Performance marketing team. Performance strives to inspire non-customers across the globe to convert to loyal customers by uniting deep platform knowledge, stellar creatives, and advanced data utilization. A challenging and rewarding task.

With their strategic mindset and in-depth knowledge of quantitative data, preferably within the fields of statistics, financial and ML, you will be responsible for reMarkable having the analysis, models and algorithms for us to make the right decisions in terms of ongoing and new initiatives to optimize performance e.g. spend on advertising platforms. 

The role requires you to combine commercial capabilities together with strong analytical and statistical skills in order to create business oriented insight together with your team. We are looking for you who possess great communication and interaction skills combined with a strategic mindset and great leadership skills.

  • Responsible for leading and building the world's greatest Data and Analytics team
  • Together with the Market team, suggest and define strategic directions to help drive growth and commercial results
  • Together with the Performance team, define how we work with data to enhance our Performance marketing initiatives
  • Be a driving force for productive bleeding edge data utilization
  • Support the day-to-day operational tasks
