We are now searching for an Enterprise Account Manager to strengthen our work with key restaurant partners in Norway. In this role, you will manage a portfolio that includes national and regional restaurant chains, aiming to develop these partnerships to their full potential.
Enterprise Account Manager
As Enterprise Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with partner stakeholders and play a central role in driving growth, building trust, and enhancing operational performance. The role combines strategic account management with analytical insight and hands-on execution, and calls for a strong ability to generate long-term value for both Wolt and our partners. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, supporting partner development, and aligning on key business objectives. Acting as the main point of contact, you will work with both decision-makers and operational teams, while serving as a bridge between partners and Wolt’s internal teams such as marketing, operations, support, and product.

Meet the team
Elisabeth Stenersen, General Manager Norway & Iceland
Elisabeth joined Wolt five years ago as General Manager for Norway and has, for the past two years, also overseen operations in Iceland. She is responsible for driving growth and setting the overall direction for the company, working closely with the team in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Before joining Wolt, Elisabeth gained experience in management consulting at EY and later worked in corporate strategy within the oil and gas sector, at Equinor.

What you'll be doing
Growth Strategy – Develop and execute scalable growth strategies by driving partner adoption of key Wolt products, inspiring investment in operational excellence, and resolving challenges in a way that strengthens partner commitment to further growth on the Wolt platform.
Business Development – Pitch and execute innovative campaigns that drive account growth and enhance partner visibility. Identify and prioritize the needs of merchants, collaborating to co-create impactful solutions. Drive business development by selling Wolt Ads, campaign opportunities, and Wolt+ services to strengthen partnerships.
Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis – Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to build strategies, make informed decisions, and enhance account performance through comprehensive analyses and presentations. Conduct quarterly Business Reviews with partners to assess performance and develop forward-looking strategies, while being the point of contact providing timely support and being reliably available when needed.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration – Ensure optimal in-store processes and quality standards while working closely with account partners to implement growth initiatives and facilitate ongoing improvements.
Relationship Building –Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Who we're looking for
Our humble expectations:
Commercial & Strategic Expertise – Proven success in Key Account Management or Business Development, with strong business acumen and the ability to drive profitable growth through data-driven strategies.
Industry & Market Knowledge – An understanding of the Norwegian restaurant/ hospitality landscape is a plus, not a requirement, with experience in negotiating and developing strategic partnerships.
Analytical & Data-Driven Approach – Highly skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Excel) to translate insights into actionable strategies and communicate findings effectively through data visualization.
Stakeholder & Project Management – Strong ability to manage relationships at all levels, align stakeholders, and lead growth initiatives from planning to execution.
Entrepreneurial & Adaptive Mindset – Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a drive to challenge the status quo and contribute to continuous improvement.
Communication & Language Skills – Excellent structured communication and storytelling abilities, with fluency in English and Norwegian.
