We are seeking a Senior Manager - CRM Business Owner to take a business leadership role in shaping, implementing, and evolving the CRM platform as a critical enabler of our commercial strategy. This role will serve as the primary business representative for CRM, from the initial implementation phase through continuous improvement and long-term capability development.

The CRM Business Owner will be responsible for translating commercial priorities into platform capabilities, driving business process design, and ensuring that the CRM solution delivers meaningful business value. This includes aligning the platform to sales, marketing, and customer service strategies; supporting global ways of working; and championing user adoption and change management across markets and functions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap as the business owner and voice of commercial teams.
  • Translate business needs into requirements and prioritize the backlog based on value, impact, and scalability.
  • Align CRM implementation with commercial, marketing, and customer service strategies.
  • Design and optimize core processes, including opportunity management, account planning, and pipeline governance.
  • Champion global CRM adoption through change management, training, and communication.
  • Establish governance routines to track adoption and drive continuous improvements, including AI-driven insights and automation.
  • Work closely with Corporate Development Office, Digital Delivery Organization and IT teams, including CRM architects and platform leads, to ensure feasibility, integration, and adoption of advanced CRM features.


Who we are looking for

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role, ideally suited for a commercial leader who brings together strong CRM experience, commercial process understanding, and the ability to drive complex global change.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience, with exposure to commercial or customer engagement-focused projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, customer lifecycle management, and sales/marketing processes in a global B2B environment.
  • Experience in product ownership or business leadership in CRM implementations preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Preferably Master’s degree, and minimum Bachelor’s degree, in a relevant field.

Key knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear priorities.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods and cross-functional project collaboration.
  • Experience with change management and user enablement in a global environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on user experience, data quality, and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, benchmarks, and emerging CRM trends and technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation capabilities, is an advantage.
