This team will play an important role in defining strategic priorities, ensuring that these are translated into scalable practices, impactful initiatives, and business-ready processes.


Are you the Senior Commercial Project Manager we’re looking for?

We are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead some of the most important cross-functional efforts in this space. This is a senior-level role that combines strategic planning, operational leadership, and project delivery. As a key driver of our Commercial Excellence efforts, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact initiatives, strengthening core commercial capabilities, and taking ownership of selected business processes and tools that underpin our go-to-market effectiveness. You will help design the operating models, governance structures, and routines that enable clarity, consistency, and performance across the commercial organization.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Commercial Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead growth-focused commercial projects with clear goals and timelines
  • Define strategic priorities and set commercial OKRs
  • Streamline and improve key workflows like lead generation
  • Build sales and account management capabilities with tailored tools
  • Create governance models to align cross-functional teams
  • Drive efficiency and standardization across the organization

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Customer Growth, Global Accounts, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience to drive execution, governance, and measurable outcomes—ultimately contributing to how we serve our customers and grow the business.

Who we’re looking for

This role calls for a candidate with strong project leadership experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at multiple levels.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience, ideally with exposure to commercial or customer engagement-focused projects
  • Minimum 3–5 years in management or strategy consulting, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Preferably Master’s degree, and minimum Bachelor’s degree, in a relevant field

Key knowledge and skills:

  • Strong understanding of B2B commercial models, customer lifecycle management, and go-to-market operations
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong business impact
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels of seniority
  • Structured and analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on delivering outcomes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills—both written and verbal

It is also a strong advantage if you have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, or commercial performance platforms
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, ie.: PLP certification or similar
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or other global, asset-heavy industries
