We’re seeking a driven and strategic Business Developer to join DSCS. This role is key to develop and realize our strategic priorities by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring alignment between projects and business goals. You’ll be at the heart of our transformation, working across teams and leadership levels to turn strategy into results.
In addition to managing a portfolio of strategic projects, you will be responsible for developing and presenting high-impact analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership at Wallenius Wilhelmsen. What you’ll do:
Support the development of DSCS strategy, financial planning, and business plans in close collaboration with senior leadership
Lead the preparation of DSCS content for Group Executive Management (GEM) and Board of Directors business reviews
Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and manage a portfolio of high-impact projects
Act as a trusted advisor and execution partner for the EVP & COO DSCS on ad-hoc initiatives, analysis, and presentations
Facilitate collaboration with teams to enable successful delivery of cross-organizational efforts
Support project prioritization, portfolio management, and progress tracking
Contribute to the DSCS Centre of Excellence by deploying best practices and ensuring alignment with operational and financial targets

Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in strategic project management, corporate planning, or business development
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Track record of executing projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Key Knowledge and Skills:
Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Proactive, structured, and independent working style
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Culturally aware with an international mindset
Excellent communication skills in English
