Simon-Kucher are currently operating out of Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo. A team of deeply experienced Topline Power experts serve the Nordic region across all industries. Our projects evolve around topics like strategy, pricing, commercial growth, market entry and expansion.

We are aiming to become a significant player in the premium professional services segment. In this role you will take an active part of Simon Kucher growth in Oslo and the Nordics, and be a big asset towards our clients and future internal organization. You will work closely with top management on a Nordic and global scale.



Your tasks


  • Be involved in all phases of project work, from insights generation to presentation to the customer, starting from day one and based on your level of experience
  • Execute complex analyses and draw actionable insights from them, and support more junior resources to do so
  • Build the strategic narrative starting from data and operational circumstances and formulate real-world recommendations
  • Be actively involved in managing the project and maintaining customer relationships 
  • Contribute to develop and grow our company, both through acquisition and development of our less experienced consultants

Who are you


Desired qualifications

  • You have 3-6 years of work experience from management consulting
  • Previous experience with general commercial strategy and commercial excellence including topics such as pricing, marketing or sales are a plus
  • You have a strong academic background at university/college level and are fluent in both English and a Scandinavian language (written and spoken) 
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • You have a mature personality with a passion for commercial issues and strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills
  • You are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, curious and with a great drive
  • You strive for the best results and are motivated to keep the bar as high as possible
  • Eager to partake in Simon-Kucher’s growth journey and develop as part of a leading community of growth experts
