As a Business Analyst, your role will be to cover the analytical needs of the entire SalesScreen Group, i.e. surfacing fact-based insights to all departments and the top management team to help them make the right strategic and operational decisions. The scope of your role will span over two fundamental areas:

Data Infrastructure
You will be responsible for instrumenting, capturing, cleaning, and structuring business data from multiple sources (Mixpanel, SalesScreen, Chargebee, Salesforce, …). Additionally, you will consistently aim at connecting these sources into PowerBI, to build a more encompassing view of the business.

Business Analysis
You will be responsible for producing analysis for the organization. This may consist of providing KPIs visibility to the teams through dashboards and recurring reports, and leading ad-hoc analysis on specific problematics. Some examples of analysis you’d have to lead and execute:

  • Product: How is SalesScreen used today? Which modules are popular or not? Which usage behavior shows a correlation with engagement or retention? What key action drives a user to become a Power user?
  • Finance: Pricing analyses, cost analysis, deal profitability analysis
  • Marketing and Sales: Sales Velocity analysis, deal probability by channel
  • Customer Success: Churn risk flagging, rating of customer onboarding
  • Management: Market entry analysis, competitive analysis

This role will report to our Senior Director of Finance & Business Operations, while also working closely with and having a defining impact on every single team in the company: Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Management.


Responsibilities include:

  • Understand problems faced by each department and identify improvement areas.
  • Translate these needs into analytical problems to be solved - Structure the problem and find out what kind of insights would help the team to overcome the challenge.
  • Solve the problem with the help of facts and data. Problems can not only be solved by data analysis, so this may require for example collecting insights from customers and other external stakeholders.
  • When it comes to data, part of the assignment will be about structuring and harmonizing the data that we already collect at SalesScreen, and potentially collecting more.
  • Deliver and present the final analyses to relevant stakeholders, including recommendations for decision-making.

Antoine is an experienced executive, with a background from McKinsey, who has successfully led various teams in multiple industries like Healthcare, Music Streaming, Media, and Mobility. He is a driver behind all SalesScreen’s strategic decisions and is involved in all business critical projects and initiatives. Antoine is a hands-on CFO, ready to support the team and problem-solve on any topic. He loves getting in the weeds of solving complex analytical problems.

Who are you?

  • Higher education within Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics or similar
  • 2+ years working in relevant roles, such as consulting, finance, accounting, audit, analytics or operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Excel, PowerQuery & PowerBI
  • Strong analytical mindset and a natural problem-solver
  • Ability to understand the business and the main problems encountered by each department
  • You like to initiative, lead and execute projects that generate value for the company
  • Proactive and self-driven nature, coupled with enthusiasm for technology and innovation
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Great communication skills
