The Kvant team started with two former management consultants who have succeeded in several corporate roles. Using their domain knowledge and best practices from consulting, we are creating a game-changing business that aims to become a household name among consultants and large corporations within a short timeframe. As an Analyst, you will work closely on day-to-day operations and be involved in strategic core areas. You will experience a lot of learning, and it will be a top priority to mentor you along the way and help you thrive and succeed.

What you will be doing
Take an active role in our project teams
Headhunt (search) and build a strong network of national and international candidates
Manage candidate portfolios, including screening/dialogue with applicants
Produce and distribute job advertisements in relevant channels and networks
Screen candidates and assist the team in interviews
Coordinate interviews and touch points with both candidates and clients
Conduct reference checks
Ongoing tasks on demand
Who are you?
Desired qualifications:
You are within the third of a BSc or the first year of an MSc in a business-related field
Business acumen, proactiveness, and result-orientation
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English AND Norwegian
Outstanding stamina! A startup is a marathon, not a sprint
Willingness to learn, execute, and improve - every day

Every autumnt we have a kick-off to talk strategy and have fun after the summer holidays. In 2021 we went to Kitzbühel, biking among the green hills of the Tirolean Alps.
Yearly winter conference to start the new year. In 2022 year we rented a cabin in Morzine, France, and experienced both the French and Swiss Alps at its best.
Throughout the year do loads of social activities. Everything from Padel tournaments, game nights, stand-up shows, and summer parties, to the more casual after works, and of course the annual Julebord!
