Our cutting edge innovative solution is creating a shift in demand away from fossil fuel based solutions, where Enerin provides a superior alternative. We are experiencing significant demand, and after having secured a Series A funding, we are now looking to scale the business on a pan European level. We are therefore seeking a strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), to play a key role in this journey moving forward.
As CCO at Enerin, you will play a key role in developing the commercial strategy and scale operations both in Norway and globally. This is a role for someone driven by creating growth, building high-performing teams, and bringing cutting-edge technology to market. You will be a central sparring partner to the CEO and CTO, and a driving force behind the company’s further expansion in a market with enormous potential.
As CCO, you will have overall responsibility for sales, business development and partnerships, and act as the company’s key commercial face to the market. You will have an independent and hands-on role with broad responsibility and close collaboration across functions, and be a part of generating real climate impact and business value in a growing market. You will lead sales activities, build business cases for existing and potential customers, foster strong relationships with industrial clients, energy companies, and strategic partners, and contribute to shaping our product and go-to-market strategies alongside the rest of the executive team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Further developing and executing the company’s commercial strategy
Leading and scaling sales efforts towards new and existing customers
Identifying and building strategic partnerships
Developing pricing, product, and delivery models in collaboration with the technical team
Driving marketing activities and market positioning of Enerin and the HoegTemp technology
Representing Enerin in customer meetings, negotiations, trade fairs, and industry events
Contributing to strategic planning, growth initiatives, and investor relations as part of the executive team
Building and developing the commercial team in line with the company’s growth
Meet Henrik, the CFO of Enerin
Henrik Ree Eriksen CFO
Henrik brings deep experience in financial strategy, capital raising, and scaling growth-stage technology companies. Before joining Enerin, he served as CFO of a nano-tech startup Scandi Energy, chaired by former Scatec CEO Raymond Carlsen, where he played a key role in securing funding and preparing it for commercialization. He has a background as a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising global clients in energy, industry, and private equity on M&A, growth strategy, due diligence and operational improvement.

We believe you have:
Higher education in engineering, energy, economics, or a relevant field
Solid experience in strategic commercial leadership, B2B sales, or business development
Background in energy, process industry, clean technology, or technical consulting
A track record of success in sales leadership, scaling commercial functions, or driving strategic partnerships
Experience in developing commercial strategies for complex solutions
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical solutions into customer value
Good understanding of technology and strong commercial instincts
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English

Enerin’s CircleDRY partner from Circular Energy Systems were onsite at Magnusson Petfood to carry out the dehumidifier fouling tests to ensure the optimal heat transfer capability, airflow and efficiency on the industrial drying project.
