We are a Norwegian company focused on the Scandinavian market. Currently, we are invested in 11 companies with 6BNOK in revenues. We bring the right people together and fix the basics, before scaling fast. We have been training the team for operational DNA and true partnerships for over 10 years, 19 platforms, 70 add-ons, and 7 exits. We optimize structure, culture, and game plans specifically for small caps.
With an increasing demand for our services, we want to extend our team with 1-2 associates. As an Associate at Credo, you will get early operational exposure to business transformation and growth by working closely with the management team of our portfolio companies, on a daily basis. What you'll do
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Pipeline reviews, both by evaluating inbound opportunities and generating new deal flow
Market research and commercial due diligence
Financial modeling and business cases
Involvement in new investments
Collaborate with our partners in 1-2 of the portfolio companies. This includes daily contact with C-suite decision-makers on operational improvements and long-term strategy
Who we are looking for
Desired qualifications
MSc or MBA graduates within business, finance, economics, or other relevant fields from leading Universities or institutions
2-5 years of experience in a high-performing environment, preferably investment banking or management consulting

Investment Manager
Celina brings her experience from Investment banking focusing on M&A within Danske Bank. She has worked closely with management in companies across various sectors, and spends the most of her time with Mill and Q-Light. She was recently promoted to Investment Manager after having worked as a Senior Associate for two years.
