Be Your Best™ is an exciting start-up developing and selling a unique 3D simulation  software/SaaS platform for cognitive and mental performance and training of football-players, the worlds largest sports market with 285 million licensed players globally. The product is cross-platform with VR and laptop versions ready, making it accessible for our entire market. The goal is to improve every footballer's real performance on the field.


Transform the global football industry as our new CEO

The CEO will have the main responsibility for scaling and developing the company, which will require a strong commercial skill-set and a significant focus on digital sales and growth towards the consumer market. You will have the overarching responsibility for the entire organization, including responsibility to ensure technology and product  match market and sales strategy. With sales and market development as a number one priority you will spend time developing and executing online sales and marketing, adapting price, model and product towards an international scale. We have significant growth ambitions going forward, and we are looking for an extraordinary individual with the passion, skill set and drive to take our company to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Further develop the product and a sustainable digital commercial model
  • Recruit thousand-10 thousand-100 thousand recurring paying users and active sales and business development/build partnerships towards individuals, clubs and associations
  • Build and develop the company’s strategic roadmap
  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders 
  • Run the business, including product/tech development headed by CTO and Chief Product Officer with 10 employees/ 7 FTEs
  • Lead and motivate the team to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing management team
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvement
  • P&L responsibility
  • Be the face and voice of Be Your Best™

Who we are looking for

  • Experience with digital products and online consumer sales
  • Successful experience with building/running a tech business or division responsible for hunting revenue and running a cost-efficient operation
  • Experience with customer centric product development and developing and optimizing B2C sales model
  • Background with digital marketing, commercial pricing and business modeling
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • An extreme drive to succeed with grit and startup mentality

Nice to have

  • International experience and proven track record with growth and scaling
  • Experience with subscription based price models
  • Passion for football and technology

  • Higher education within relevant field of expertise
  • Substantial relevant experience
