Auntie has grown by more than 300% over the past few years and plans to continue its growth. The focus is now on strengthening the international presence and further developing the digital service.




Growth Lead

At Auntie, we want to make working life better and more productive. We are revolutionizing the idea of ​​psychological support by providing effective help to companies' employees with everyday challenges in working life. Today, we have an increasing focus on mental health, in line with this, we experience great demand for our services in several countries. To support our growth and expansion, we are looking for a Growth Lead to drive our investment in the Norwegian market. As our new Growth Lead, you will lead the growth of Auntie in the Norwegian market together with our Account Managers. This means that you will be part of a local team and belong to a larger international organisation.

We at Auntie as an organization and people are concerned with putting mental health in focus and helping employers to give their employees easy access to support around their challenges in everyday life. As our Growth Lead, it is your job to ensure that we reach the sales targets by leading the team, but also to carry out new sales and up-sales with existing customers yourself. That said, even if you have strong sales skills yourself, above all we are now looking for a strategic manager to develop and grow Auntie's sales.

We are looking for you who are independent, who like a fast pace and get things done - with a positive attitude! It is important for you to build long-term relationships and put the customer's needs in everything you do. If you are motivated by sales and want your work to feel meaningful, this is an exciting opportunity for you!

The responsibilities you will get in the role:

  • Carry out the sales process from A to Z
  • Arrange meetings with potential customers
  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure that the team achieves sales targets.
  • Personnel responsibility for Account managers
  • Further development of the sales team in Oslo.

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Previous experience in B2B sales
  • Good English and Norwegian skills, both oral and written.
